LECTURE TOPICS
All-on-4® and cutting bone off is not the ideal approach for all the patients in need of a full arch rehabilitation. A personalised, AI driven treatment plan will be presented to precisely execute digital planning, implant placement and immediate loading, reconfiguring the bone and soft tissue interface to house an FP1 or an All-on-4® Prostheses.

Dynamic Navigation leads guided surgery and immediate loading to the highest level of accuracy, reliability, and predictability, for the treatment of complex scenarios as total edentulous and terminal dentition patients.

New algorithms enhance the decision making and the accurate execution of a personalised prosthetically and soft tissue driven implant positioning, making more predictable in the daily basis the immediate delivery of digitally designed FP1 prosthesis emulating the natural dentition without any pink supportive interface.

A step-by-step evidence-based dissertation of all the digital, surgical and prosthetic aspects will characterise the overall course and the drive the attendees to understand the ultimate digital, surgical and prosthetic protocols, materials and technologies:

  1. FP1 vs All-on-4® more than 15 years of digital and clinical challenges

  2. Advanced Digital Planning Protocols based with multiple anatomic structures segmentation

  3. Navigation Surgery fiducial free and fiducial based Protocols

  4. Immediate loading with digitally designed prefabricated prostheses

  5. Immediate loading 3.0 and intra-surgery impression

  6. Full arch impression with different digital technologies: IOS, Photogrammetry, Navigation Photogrammetry, IOS-Photogrammetry

  7. Definitive Full arch Prostheses with Zirconia and Zirconia-titanium based prostheses

Management of two tooth spaces in the aesthetic zone.

The aesthetic zone presents very specific challenges.

Achieving gingival and prosthetic harmony is a titanic task even in the simplest cases. Two or more tooth spaces are significantly more difficult.

This course is about one practitioners journey, an exploration of  surgical and prosthetic disappointments and successes and a focus on the techniques that are providing relatively predictable results in this area of high demand. A rationalised surgical protocol will be described with the purpose of both preserving and developing tissue around implant sites. Practitioners should leave with a clear strategy for the management of many scenarios that present in the aesthetic zone.

“Full Arch Implant Reconstructions; Overpromised and Under-Delivered?

From Implant to Smile to First Syllable!”

This presentation will describe the multiple causes of patient dissatisfaction when the approach to the full arch reconstruction is abused and not respected…especially with the All-on-4® technique.

The critical determinants of proper implant placement and prosthetic design will be addressed to achieve predictable, aesthetic, and functional reconstructions, providing our patients with an easily maintainable solution and importantly, long-term prognosis.
